Description

- Whether it concerns large-scale ventilation of duct and piping systems in Class 2 explosion-proof zones, tank cleaning of cargo ships, or construction work in refinery areas – the TFV 900 EX high-pressure centrifugal fan, designed in accordance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, is ideally equipped for such tasks, as it transports up to 25,000 m³/h of air, even via connected air transport hoses, over very long transport distances with high back pressures, and is designed to be extremely stable for harsh practical environments.
- Aggressive environments do not disturb this quality device, as the centrifugal fan is integrated into a robust, powder-coated steel housing with a highly durable two-component paint finish.
- All desired steel grades are available as an option.
- In addition to the frameless standard version, the TFV 900 Ex is also available as shown, including an extra galvanized steel frame with robust transport rollers, slots for forklifts, and crane lifting angles.
- The transport frame offers you maximum mobility and is ideal for use at frequently changing locations.
- Switches, cables, and plugs of the TFV 900 Ex units are approved for use in areas with explosion hazards.
- Suitable coupling plugs can be supplied for connection extensions, which are approved for use in zones 1, 2, 21, and 22.
- Optionally available for the TFV 900 Ex is an 18.5 kW star-delta switch combination for EX zone 22, 400 V, AC3, IP 55.
