For over 25 years, professional users have associated the name TDE 65 with an indestructible electric Trotec heater – both at construction machine rental companies and in their own stock. To ensure that this remains the case in the future, the TDE 65 has now been redesigned in a future-oriented way.
The most striking change is a housing design that is now aligned with its more powerful sister model, the TDE 95. This simplifies space-saving stacking of machines, thereby facilitating storage and transport – a plus for machine rental companies. All other performance characteristics that have made this professional electric heater so successful have been applied unchanged to the new generation of this heater, in 100% Trotec brand quality.
As usual, a double-walled housing construction prevents the outer casing, made of 1.5 mm thick Zincor steel with a hardened protective layer, from heating up. This means that the reliable corrosion protection of the housing remains intact, even if the coating is damaged. Optimal for application areas with extreme demands, such as rental sites or frequently changing construction sites.
Furthermore, the latest generation of the TDE 65 features a stainless steel air intake grille and a galvanized exhaust grille, which focuses the warm airflow and limits radiation losses. This allows even large spaces to be heated quickly thanks to the high heating output, adjustable in three settings, which, moreover, does not require ventilation, as no oxygen is consumed during electric heating with the TDE 65. If necessary, the heat can be transported over longer distances via a connectable hot air hose. Because the TDE 65 generates heat without condensation, it is particularly suitable for accelerating the drying of buildings when used in combination with construction dryers.
