- Skin formation: (23°C 50% RH) 5 minutes.
- Tack-free: (23°C 50% RH) 40 minutes.
- Curing: (23°C 50% RH) 24h – 4 mm, 48h – 5 mm, 72h – 8 mm
- Hardness: (DIN 53505) 40 Shore A.
- Volume shrinkage after curing: Tensile strength: 220 N/cm².
- Tear strength: (DIN 53507) approx. 40 N/cm².
- Thermal stability: -30°C to +95°C (peak: 155°C max. 30 min.).
- Adhesion: excellent on, among others: tiles, cement, natural stone, wood, concrete, glass, aluminium; less so on: PP, PE, PTFE, and bitumen.
- Elongation at break: (DIN 53504) > 350%.
- UV resistance: discoloration may occur over time due to external influences.
- Overpaintable with most solvent- and water-based varnishes.
- Chemical resistance: good: water, seawater, aliphatic solvents, oils, greases, diluted organic acids, alkalis; moderate: esters, ketones, aromatics; poor: concentrated acids, chlorinated solvents
