A wind-protective collar and elastic cuffs with thumbholes provide extra warmth and protection, while pre-curved sleeves, stretch panels on the back, and an adjustable hem ensure flexibility and ease of movement. Additionally, the design features reflective accents for increased visibility and safety when working in high-risk environments.
