The Biostar 3000 garden shredder from Scheppach is ideally suited for converting brushwood into usable wood chips for garden paths or composting. The powerful feed auger smoothly transports the clippings to the interior of the shredder, where they are expertly shredded by the patented diagonal feed cutting system. Durable reversible blades made of hardened tool steel ensure a clean cut, and the counter-blade guarantees the best cutting performance in this class of garden shredders. The 3000 Watt induction motor is responsible for delivering continuous power. The Biostar 3000 shreds 120 kg of branches with a maximum diameter of 50 mm or 150 kg of brushwood in one hour, and does so at such a high speed that waiting during refilling is not necessary. Anyone who places great importance on efficient operation makes a good choice with the Biostar 3000. The 120 x 155 mm feed opening is equipped with a self-closing safety latch. The spacious 385 x 60 mm discharge opening smoothly transports the shredded material out of the machine. Two large wheels are mounted on the sturdy metal housing of the Biostar 3000 garden shredder. With the help of these wheels and an integrated transport handle on the feed hopper, the machine can be moved comfortably. The housing is also equipped with a central locking system. The 3-layer construction consists of an outer casing and a checker plate on the inside, with an insulating mat in between to reduce the noise level.
