Proftec 5212.01.51201 Timber Construction Screw Front T-Corner +Cutting Point TX-30 6.0 x 160/80 mm - 50 pieces
Special features
- The PROFTEC TX timber construction screws are completely new to our PROFTEC range
- These screws are often also called countersunk screws and are widely used in timber construction
- Due to its large (countersunk) head, the timber construction screw is suitable for creating strong timber structures
- The 6mm screws have an outer diameter of 15mm and the 8mm even an outer diameter of 22mm
- Thanks to these large heads, the screws have a high clamping range and can also withstand heavier loads, making them ideal for timber construction connections. The deep TX indentation ensures ideal power transmission to drive the screws quickly and safely processing
- A matching TX bit is also always included in the package, so you always have the right bit at hand. The coarse thread pitch and deep self-drilling cutting point ensure a quick start and low insertion resistance.
- Pre-drilling is therefore often unnecessary.
- In addition, the partial thread versions feature a "spiral", which ensures a better wood-on-wood tightening effect. The range consists of 6x40 to 6x200 and in 8mm from 50 up to a length of 300mm.
- From a length of 80mm, these screws are manufactured with a partial thread.
