Toolnation has been a Hikoki Premium Dealer for over 35 years.
We have our own in-house service and repair workshop where we carry out repairs in-house. This benefits you as a customer; the downtime of your machine is thus kept to a minimum!
*Toolnation, as the sole supplier of Hikoki, extends the warranty from 3 to 5 years. We take over the warranty provisions after the 3rd year and keep track of them in our computer system. (warranty only valid after registration see conditions in thislink)
Dealer warranty
Toolnation is an official Hikoki dealer and offers you a full warranty in accordance with Hikoki's terms and conditions. It is important for you as a customer to purchase a product with a full warranty. In practice, it turns out all too often that items are offered at lower prices via private websites. These are often machines from abroad that are frequently modified. This can result in malfunctions or even fire. Consequently, the manufacturer's warranty on these products is usually not available or is limited to a maximum of 12 months. Therefore, always ensure that you make your purchases at an official brand dealer! At Toolnation, you are assured of this!
