Technical data
- Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE and bitumen
- Remove stains immediately with turpentine. Cured sealant can only be removed mechanically or with GRIFFON Silicone Remover.
- Contents suitable for approx. 8-15 meters (depending on the diameter of the joint).
- Store in a well-sealed container in a dry place at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C.
- Contents: 300 ml.
Instructions for use.
- Ensure a minimum joint width of 6 mm and a maximum of 20 mm.
- The joint depth depends on the joint width. Maintain a joint depth of 6 mm for joint widths up to 12 mm. Above that, the joint depth is half the joint width.
- Apply sealant evenly and smooth within 10 minutes with a mild soap solution (using GRIFFON Silicone Finish and Multitool).
- Remove applied painter's tape immediately after smoothing.
- Silicone cures under the influence of air humidity. Therefore, contact with air humidity is absolutely necessary during curing.
- Sealant can withstand water after 2 hours; however, do not touch or mechanically stress it.
- Apply only at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
- The substrate must be thoroughly dry, clean, and free of grease. Remove any old sealant residue.
