Instructions for use
- 1. Remove the protective film from the tape
- 2. Apply the first layer with a full overlap, stretching the tape 200-300% while doing so.
- 3. Stretch the tape 200-300% and apply with a 50% overlap. Apply multiple layers.
- 4. Apply the final layer with a full overlap and press firmly. For (waterproof) sealing of electrical connections and for insulating and protecting plugs and electrical cables, apply at least two layers.
- When sealing leaks, two tightly wrapped layers are sufficient for a pressure resistance of 1 bar. Each additional layer stretched to the maximum extent results in an extra bar of pressure resistance, up to a maximum of 12 bar. Apply the tape over a width of 10 cm (with the leak in the middle).
