Special features
- As part of the GARDENA Sprinkler System, the GARDENA Drainage Valve prevents frost damage to the underground system.
- The valve ensures automatic drainage when the system is taken out of service; The valve opens when the water pressure in the system is less than approximately 0.2 bar.
- Drainage valves must be installed at the lowest point of the irrigation system and placed on a layer of coarse gravel for safe drainage.
- It has a 3/4" thread.
