Fischer 92430 Injection Mortar FIS VPlus 360 S 10 cartridges in crate
The Fischer Injection Mortar FIS V is the universal all-rounder that meets the highest demands. The styrene-free vinyl ester hybrid mortar is the world's first system approved for fastenings in perforated brick, solid brick, concrete, and aerated concrete. The injection mortar system is highly suitable for fastening approved system components such as threaded anchors, internal threaded impact anchors, and injection anchor sleeves in concrete, aerated concrete, and masonry, both indoors and outdoors. However, the powerful Fischer Mortar FIS V is also used with the approved system components for reinforcing bars, the Fischer Renovation Anchors VBS8, the Weather-Resistant Reconstruction System FWS, and the Thermax Stand-Off Mounting System.
Advantages
- The FIS V injection mortars are approved for many systems, such as in cracked and uncracked concrete, masonry, and for connections to reinforcing steel. As a result, FIS V is the universal injection mortar family with guaranteed safety for virtually every application. The extensive range of accessories is optimally matched to the FIS V injection mortar family, increases the high degree of flexibility of the system, and thereby enables a wider spectrum of applications. Applications:
- Concrete C20/25 to C50/60, cracked and uncracked.
- Hollow lightweight concrete block.
- Hollow concrete block.
- Perforated brick.
- Perforated sand-lime brick.
- Solid sand-lime brick.
- Cellular concrete.
- Solid brick.
- Dowel bonding.
- Renovation anchor VBS 8.

Building Materials
- FIS V is a 2-component injection mortar based on vinyl ester hybrid
- The resin and hardener components are stored in two separate chambers and are only mixed and activated when squeezed into the mixing nozzle
- The mortar is injected from the bottom of the borehole without air bubbles
- The mortar adheres the fastening element to the wall of the borehole with its entire surface, thus sealing the hole
- The injection cartridges can be used with little effort and particularly quickly in combination with Fischer caulking guns
- Opened cartridges can be reused when the mixing nozzle is replaced.
