The fischer Injection Mortar FIS EM 390 S is a high-quality epoxy mortar with the best load-bearing capacity in cracked and uncracked concrete. In addition to the injection mortar, the injection system consists of reinforcing wire, the approved Threaded Rod FIS A, and the Impact Anchor with internal thread RG M I. The Threaded Rod FIS A can be installed at various anchoring depths. This allows the system to be optimally adapted to the load to be applied and improves material utilization. The epoxy resin mortar can be used for both indoor and outdoor fastenings, i.e. for filler concrete connections, high racking, or heavy steel structures.

Installation
- The epoxy mortar FIS EM is suitable for pre-drilling and through-drilling and can be used in combination with the threaded rod FIS A or the internal threaded impact anchor RG MI.
- The resin and hardener components are stored in two separate chambers and are only mixed and activated when the injection cartridge is squeezed into the mixing nozzle.
- The mortar is injected from the bottom of the borehole without air bubbles.
- The mortar adheres the fastening element with its entire surface against the wall of the borehole, thus sealing the hole.
- The fastening element is applied by hand while rotating it slightly until the bottom of the drill hole is pressed.
- During through-hole mounting, the ring gap between the threaded rod and the mounting piece is filled with FIS EM.
