- Due to the greater anchoring depth of the DUOPOWER 6 x 50, 8 x 65 and 10 x 80, the plugs are particularly suitable for fastenings in perforated building materials, aerated concrete, and for bridging plaster layers. Depending on the building material, the grey components made of high-quality nylon automatically activate the optimal product function (expansion, folding) for the best grip. The wings of the red component support secure spreading and provide additional security to the grey component. The opening ensures easy positioning of the screw and secure guidance and fastening of the screw. The required screw length is given by the plug length + fastening thickness + 1 x screw diameter. Suitable for wood and chipboard screws as well as dowel screws. In the case of sheet materials, the smooth part of the screw must not exceed the thickness of the attached part.
