Operation
- The DUOTEC is suitable for through-hole mounting
- Easy to install using a standard 10 mm drill bit.
- The resilience of the nylon ensures that the short crossbar expands behind the panel material. When drilling into solid materials such as concrete and wood, the DUOTEC acts as an expansion plug.
- The flexible screw adapter (stainless steel A2) allows the use of both wood and chipboard screws, as well as metric bolts and studs.
- The short crossbar simplifies installation, even in thin and insulated walls (≥ 40 mm).
- The combination of hard fiber-reinforced plastic and soft nylon allows for significantly higher loads compared to conventional hollow wall plugs, without damaging the panel material.
- If you accidentally drill into solid material, the DUOTEC can also be used as an expansion plug.
