The Fischer Metal Insulation Washer DTM A2 is installed together with the Fischer Metal Insulation Plug DHM A2 when used with soft insulation material. To do this, the insulation washer is slid onto the metal insulation plug. With this impact installation of the insulation plug, installation is extremely fast and requires less effort. Thanks to the achieved fire resistance rating R 120, it can be used even when high demands are placed on fire resistance. With the combination of DHM A2 metal insulation plugs and DTM 80 A2 insulation washers, soft mineral wool insulation boards, for example, can be fastened both outdoors and in damp environments.
