Fischer 512153 Insulation plug DHK 200 for soft insulation 100 pieces
The Fischer DHK insulation plug is an efficient plastic insulation plug for insulation boards with low compressive strength. The DHK is hammered into place using through-hole installation. When hammered in, the ribs tension in the drill hole and the DHK is pressed optimally against the wall. The Fischer DHK insulation plug is suitable for anchoring insulation boards in solid and perforated brick, concrete, and aerated concrete.
Advantages
- The improved geometry of the expansion section allows for a shallow anchoring depth, meaning less drilling is required.
- Flexible pins in the board section adapt to the insulation material and guarantee permanent contact pressure.
- The simple impact installation enables a fast installation process and reduces workload.
- The color of the DHK means it blends in with black-clad insulation material in rear-ventilated facades.
Applications
- Concrete
- Hollow lightweight concrete block
- Perforated brick
- Perforated sand-lime brick
- Solid sand-lime brick
- High natural stone density
- Cellular concrete
- Solid lightweight concrete brick
- Solid brick
Building materials
- The DHK is set in place with a hammer using through-hole mounting
- The plate size of the insulation plug must be selected in accordance with the compressive strength of the insulation material: DHK 45 for pressure-resistant; DHK 90 for soft insulation materials
- The spacing of the ribs in the borehole provides the DHK with ideal contact pressure
- Installation temperature pressure: -40 °C to +80 °C.
